Chef Kang has shaped a broad culinary perspective through his work at acclaimed kitchens such as Mosu in Korea and Benu in the United States. Building on this foundation, he seeks to reinterpret the essence of Korea's seasons and ingredients, blending refined French technique with the quiet precision of Eastern artistry. Every course at trid reflects this philosophy.
